- Property Marketing: We will get your property the attention it deserves! All of our vacancies are marketed using multi-channel promotional and advertising techniques. We will respond to all inquiries from potential residents and conduct showings of your property.
- Tenant Screening and Leasing: We conduct background and credit screening on all potential residents. We carefully screen all applications we receive to ensure only qualified applicants are placed in your property. In addition to finding good residents, we will manage all aspects of the resident-landlord relationship.
- Rent Collection: We collect your rental payments and enforce late penalties when necessary. Residents have the ability to pay their rent online, via mail, or at our management office.
- Maintenance: We conduct thorough inspections upon move-in and move-out in order to document the property’s condition both at the beginning and conclusion of a resident’s tenancy. We coordinate all repairs with tenants and vendors, handle all associated billing, and make sure your property stays in tip-top condition.
- Evictions: Due to our front-end screening, we very rarely need to perform evictions. In the unfortunate event that a resident needs to be evicted from your property, however, we will manage the entire process for you and promptly re-rent the property.
- Legal Guidance: From fair housing guidelines to local ordinances, we pay attention to the details that can have a big impact on your property.
- Financial Reporting and Bill Payment: We will provide you with detailed financial reports concerning the performance of your property. We can also manage payment of taxes, utilities, and other expenses associated with your property.
