September (131 units sold) and October (130 units sold) stayed steady, selling just a few more units than August (128 units). Average sales price is gradually making its way down, $271,000 in August, $267,000 in September, and a noticeable jump down to $247,100 in October. Sold units in September of 2020 were 144 with an average sale price of $198,000. A 35% increase from 2020 average sales price while August year over year had a 50% increase in average sales price.
