Branson Missouri January – June Sold Market Analysis
Single Family Homes
Single Family homes in 2022 are still proving that we are having an inventory issue. Last year (January thru June) inventory was 18% higher than this year. Days on the market are down 26%, sitting at an average of 47 days on the market. The number of sold homes is down 4% but the Average Sale Price is up 25%.
Condo
Condo inventory is way up from last year at 20% and they are sitting on the market for an average of 37 days, 15 days less than last year. And sales are up 8% with an average sale price of $260,000. Up 56% from last year (2021) January thru June market.
