Jeff Kleysteuber
Managing Broker
Jeff practiced construction litigation with the Polsinelli law firm in Kansas City for seven years before he relocated to operate commercial real estate in Branson and Hollister. Since that time, he has expanded from storage facilities, into apartments, and finally into real estate sales. As the managing broker of Tailwater Properties, Jeff holds an active law license, though he no longer practices law, and has nearly 20 years of experience as an attorney, property manager, and broker. His legal training gives him a unique perspective as a broker and property manager: he reads every contract, lease, and title commitment line by line. Whether you are in the market to buy or sell a residential or commercial property or rent an apartment, you’ve come to the right place.
Amanda Kleysteuber
Realtor
Amanda Kleysteuber has helped buyers and sellers in the Branson and Hollister area since 2016. A Springfield native and Missouri State University graduate, she has spent much of her life around Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo, and she knows the neighborhoods, schools, and communities that make the Tri-Lakes area home.
Amanda specializes in primary homes. That means first-time buyers, growing families, people relocating to the Ozarks, and homeowners ready for their next move. She and her husband, Jeff, have worked side by side at Tailwater Properties since 2018. Her clients get the benefit of a team that also brings commercial and investment real estate experience to every deal.
Amanda’s approach is simple: answer the phone, explain every step, and treat your move like it’s her own family’s.
