We are a family-owned and operated business with farming roots in southwest Kansas. In 2015, we were drawn to relocate to the area by the natural beauty of the Ozarks, and we quickly began to feel at home. We are now proud to be a part of the Branson and Hollister communities.
Our managing broker is a licensed attorney with nearly 20 years of experience as an attorney, property manager, and broker. Today we do three things, and we do them hands-on:
- Commercial real estate. We help owners sell, buy, and lease self-storage, apartments, retail, and office property, with the perspective of people who operate those properties themselves.
- Home sales. We help local families, first-time buyers, and newcomers to the Ozarks buy and sell homes.
- Apartments and storage. We operate long-term apartment homes in Branson and Hollister, plus Jerry’s Boat and Mini-Storage, with three locations near Table Rock Lake. We’re also an authorized U-Haul dealer.
