Let’s take a glance at the real estate market here in Branson.
Sales numbers continue to demonstrate rising property values. In June, 136 units were sold with an average sales price of $218,850. Roughly the same number of units were sold in July, but the average sales price had risen to $305,438! Obviously, the type of inventory being sold in a given month can skew the average sales price, but taking a longer view, the average sale price in July 2021 was 43% higher than July 2020. In short, the market continues to be hot, and given that August 2020 had the largest unit sales volume for the year, it will be interesting to see what August 2021 will have in store!
