Just when the numbers are looking like the Branson Real Estate market might be coming back down, November numbers come in. October had 130 sold units. November sold units went up 14% to 149 units sold. Average sales price creeped back up 4% from $247,000 to $257,000. Branson is busier than ever. I wasn’t expecting the bus crowd to return this year but we are glad to see them! I expect December to keep on pace with the rest of the year. Once January gets here, Branson shows and downtown shut down until Mid March. We will check back in January. We hope everyone has a great and safe Christmas and New Year!
